Most executive search firms base their fees on percentage of candidate compensation. We don’t. conduit search charges a fixed, flat fee for our work. No second guessing – no perceived or real conflict of interest. As a client, you should know what a project (any project) will cost at the outset and, as a professional services firm, we honour that commitment.
We understand that every client has unique requirements. Perhaps you will need a portion of work done before committing to a full search.
